Morning Ct5k friends ,does anyone have any experience of a knee injection I'm thinking of having...It's called Arthrosamid.
And is supposed to be brilliant for pain relief which I am in great need of after and during my runs. 🤦♂️

Sorry this doesn’t seem to have found anyone with a similar experience. Perhaps a good next step would to be to talk over the potential risks and benefits with your doctor. I really hope you can find a way to manage your pain.
