I have been lurking on this forum for a couple of weeks. Am currently at w4 r2. Surprisingly I have found this week easier than last, but I think that’s cause I’ve mixed things up a bit.
I am running earlier in the day and finding motivation in music.
so my question is, what is your favourite track to run to?

I just mix it up with the BBC Sounds Pacesetter podcasts which have me trotting along to music I'd never really listen to irl! Love the dance stuff with a banging beat, but I haven't got any particular faves.
I started out on the podcast with its own peculiar music but now it varies. Recently some classical stuff - Debussy - which is calming and lovely. Don’t want a fast beat as I’m always trying to go slower!
I find this one of the great pleasures of C25K. I can trick myself into getting out there on the grounds that I’m going to have 30 mins listening to my favourite music. I do this for boring driving as well - in my head I’m not driving the route I take every day (dull) but listening to next chapter of an audiobook (yay!). Favourite track - Levels by Avicii, Hey ya - OutKast. I find the Kinks work very well for the less swiftly inclined. Happy running.
