Virus spoils fun...

I've come down with a horrible virus, probably caught while volunteering for our newest sculpture trail, Standing Tall, in a packed shopping centre. ..There's been no running for me for the last week, and not looking hopeful for the next few days - so here's a picture of a giraffe!!
