Wowsers - that was a bit grim. I set off expecting the initial 5-8 mins to be its usual not so charming self, but it didn't get a whole lot better after that. The breathing did settle down a bit as usual but somehow this was a real ploddy, grit your teeth kind of a run.
Oh well - you have to take the rough ones - I've had a series of lovely runs so I guess this was my turn for a stinker. Looking at the app though, the last time I did that run was last year. I never went any further as we went off cycle touring for a month and despite my best intentions, when we got home the weather was brutal and I never strapped the trainers on again. So here we are!
I'm looking forward to the next one though as that means continuous runs from now on. (And hopefully a good one!!!)

I felt much the same about my run this morning, plodding described it well.Well done for getting it done and hopefully this time you'll have no interactions so you can complete the rest of the programme.
Funnily enough at the moment I am rereading your last post as (would you believe it) my watch has conked out as well. I can't get it to start at all so I'll be trying some of the same tricks suggested to you. Did you have any luck with a new cable?
It's too early to tell really but it didn't die on my today so we'll see. Mine would die on the run as if it had no battery but then when I plugged it in to charge it showed as still having battery. I spent what seemed like ages sending info to Garmin after some on here suggested contacting them. In the end they said they couldn't do anything as it was out of warranty which I'd told them in the very first message!
Hope one of the tricks suggested helps get it going.
