...and now I have a cold!

The last couple of weeks have been so busy with commitments both during the day and the evenings that I've only managed 2 runs in the last 10 days. Today should be Week 5 run 3 but I've woken up with a cold, headache and sore throat. AND it's raining AGAIN! Think I might just stay in bed.

🍏🤗🥴Sorry to hear that. Never mind the runs will wait, the enforced rest will do you good! Drink lots of fluids and enjoy reading and interacting on all the posts! Before you know it you will out there again! Get well soon! 💐 ☕️ 😴

Good plan and hopefully you will be feeling a tad better this morning... just recover fully and as Annieapple says.. the runs wait :)

Thanks, the cold turned to flu (didn't know that could happen!) So I've been bed bound for the last 2 days, starting to feel better now so might go out for a short walk later.
