Aargh will it never end ?

Having caught a bug off my daughter (flu like symptoms all last week) I called a temp halt to exercise.Over the weekend, it's morphed into a severe chest infection and I'm now on antibiotics and steroids.

I need this like I need a hole in my head !

Luckily, I managed to get an emergency appt (on the phone 8am Mon for the usual 45 min wait on tel). I got in by lunchtime and took my first dose, in the car park.

I doubled the first dose of antibiotics, to get them kicking in to my system.

And I've caught it in time, before my chest got really bad, as opposed to just bad !

Last night, was the first half decent night's sleep I've had in about 10 days.

Sometimes it's 1 step fwd two steps backwards !
