do others go jogging whilst on holiday as I’m only at week 2 on C25K. As I’m training for British transplant games in August

Yes, lots of us do. It's a very popular and enjoyable thing to do when away from home, either on holiday or for work.I'll be in Stockholm the weekend after this and will continue my marathon training there - looking forward to it.

Enjoy!

Holiday runs are the best! It’s always worth packing your kit. Such a great way to explore a new place. Enjoy!

I usually try manage at least one run when on holiday provided there is somewhere safe and convenient to run even if it's only a very short one. To me it adds to my collection of new running experiences and feels special. Whatever you decide, have a wonderful holiday!

It depends where I'm staying. If there's a park, open space, forest or beach it's the best thing ever. Hotel gym? Not really my thing but then I always run outside, never actually tried it though. Busy city traffic? No thanks.
