MissUnderstanding Annieapple thank you both. Just back from R3, which I would not have done without your encouragement, and it was brilliant. Loved it. It boded well when the first 5 min timecheck of the running section came quicker than I expected. Took it very slowly until last 5 mins when I stepped it up a bit. The rousing music at the end helps. Buying trainers was an end of W5 treat, so now I can. Thank you both again. 💓
