My first war wound!

Afternoon all!

I decided to go for my third run of week 7 on my lunch break today (I work from home)

I was feeling pretty good about this one to be quite honest, until I was about to pass by a couple of people, and then promptly fell over. The first time this has happened (which is surprising, not makes it no less embarrassing)

Luckily, the only injury is to my hand, and of course, my pride πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

On the bright side, I got back up, brushed myself off, assured the two lovely ladies that I was in fact fine, and finished.

Happy Friday I guess!

Sorry about your fall Tattoodo, but congratulations on continuing with your running, glad that you recovered quickly to keep running the third run of week 7, nice that you told those ladies that you are OK, onwards and upwards to week 8 which are 3/28 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.

Ohhh, I'm sorry to hear that but well done for getting up and getting on. Glad to hear you only suffered a slight (physical) injury. Enjoy your next run 😊

Now you are a real runner!!! Pleased to hear that you have no serious injuries and hope the hand heals quickly.

Well done for completing the run and week7 . You are so close to the end of

C25k now!

I think most of us take a tumble once in a while when running. I seem to fall approx once a year while running and always hit the same part of the same hand !

Happy running!!!

Sorry you had a fall. It does happen. Well done for carrying on and good that you didn't suffer any major injury. I fell and bashed my knees and elbow whilst on holiday last year - still bear the scars! Take care and enjoy week 8 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
