Hi All. First Post here. I graduated C25k on Boxing day 2023. Which I felt amazed and great about.Since then I have been flapping about trying to work out what to do now.

I have a 5k charity run on Sunday so hoping that goes well.

After that I need some sort of help and direction.

So finding this group I hope will help me improve.

hi  GM11 …well done on your graduation…the first thing we advise new graduates to do is to consolidate all your hard work…running 2-3 times a week for 30 mins just to keep the consistency going which you probably have been doing seeing as it’s a while since you graduated?…then…who knows where your running can take you…but I also get that you need a plan…some kind of structure?? There are many apps out there, the first one that springs to mind is the NRC (Nike running club) app..there’s all sorts of different runs/plans on there & great coaches to keep you going…

There’s also Ju-Ju’s magic plan healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

And finally, here’s the link to the bridge to 10k forum where you can gets loads of info from a world of wonderful runners healthunlocked.com/bridgeto10k

Good luck 😉
