Forgot to update you all but Finished week 7 on Tuesday and started week 8 with a successful 28 minute run and feel good, have a question though, did you guys increase the ammount of days you ran after you completed the programme? My long term plan is I want to run 6 days a week, 3 days in the morning like I do just now and 3 runs on the treadmill at the gym after my workout, thoughts?

Well done you are sailing through! Once you graduate it’s recommended that you consolidate for at least 3 weeks then the world is your oyster. Will post 2 links for you to start looking at… keep up the good work of following the program until graduation!
