How did people find transitioning from week 3 to week 4? I’m planning to do my first week 4 run early tomorrow morning (mental I know, but only time I can do it!) but I looked ahead at the week online and it’s quite the jump in running time?
I’m not really a morning person (even on Christmas) and I do the majority of runs in the evening, plus I feel like I struggled with 3 minute runs so not sure how I’ll handle 5 minutes.
I also don’t want to wait until Boxing Day as I fear I’ll lose momentum, so just wanting to hear if people struggled going from week 3 to week 4 really!
Thank you!

Happy Christmas Eve and a merry Christmas to you Tattoodo, well done on completing weeks 1 to 3 of C25K, the program has prepared you for all the runs, if you enjoyed week 3 you won't have any problems with the 3 runs of week 4, most people don't struggle with the runs of week 4, there is a lot of variety in week 4 with different times for running and walking, good luck.
🍏 If you completed those 3min runs you will manage the next ones. Don’t overthink it.
🍏Take one run at a time
🍏Go out the door knowing that all the previous runs have prepared you for this one.
🍏Relax & enjoy it. It’s Christmas! 🎄 If you complete it! Fantastic! If you don’t it was a Christmas practice run and you get to do it again after a rest day!!
🍏 please run slowly!!! It’s not a race! Your body needs to transition from walking to running and this is best done slowly!!
