This was the one I couldn't complete in Oct. It's coming up now on Friday so I intend to take it easy and try to enjoy it. Will let you all know on graduation.

Didn't cry but was very happy to get that far. I think consolidation is the way for me. Or try to do 3 runs a week instead of two. The third could be a shorter run. Ill think about that. Maybe I can get strava to work on my next run!

Give Nike Run Club a go, if you like the guided runs there are plenty of 20 minute runs on there
