Up nice and early this morning, headed downstairs and got ready to jump on the treadmill.
I decided I wanted to throw in 3 sets of incline bench press before jumping on the treadmill, so I did that.
Jumped on the treadmill and enjoyed the run, fighting the urge to continue jogging at the end of the second 5 minute segment.
I did a weights and resistance band session yesterday but I wasn't as achy as last Wednesday but the ache was still there a little.
Another weights and resistance band session tomorrow and run 2 on Wednesday, expecting to ache a little more on that run as tomorrow's workout is a longer one.
