Well did wk7r2 again. It was fine and a little easier second time around. I was chuffed that fitbit showed I'd nearly done 5k but then realised that included the warm up and cool down as well.!!

🍏👏Well done!! So good to hear & don’t be too concerned about the 5 K.. far more important is running for 30mins continuously by the end of the program without injury. The 5k will come as you build up fitness and stamina after consolidation.
