Am I addicted?

I had to stop running because of hip and knee pain. I have been doing Pilates exercises for hips and hip has felt easier. I have tried some short walks and yesterday did a longer one but I couldn't just walk . I had to run! Short distances with walks and thought I might suffer later but no. Hip was a little stiff but nothing else and slept OK. I am going to try going back to week one and progress from there again. Onwards and upwards.

I think you are addicted - like the rest of us!! Well done and glad your hip didn't protest too much. Take it steady now and enjoy the C25k plan.
