Altitude running

Morning all, arrived in the French Alps for a break last week and decided to take a couple of days off from running to acclimatise. Went out then for Wk 7 run3: it was hard because everywhere is a slope. I managed the 25 minutes, v. slowly but I had to walk for 30 seconds in the middle. I felt a little dispirited but hey I still did it. So much harder at 1500 m. Altitude. Planning a run this morning. I might go back to earlier weeks. Any ideas?

Just do what your are able...

You are on holiday and enjoyment is key; so maybe just keep things ticking over until you are home... just some gentle maintenance jogettes and then back to Week 7 when you get home?
