Beautiful 5K walk in Griffiths Wood with my son. No photo can capture the beauty or the the height of the trees in Canada.

Weather warming up a bit this week so hopefully a run on soft snow rather than ice. Enjoy your runs this week and keep posting! We love hearing about your ups and downs, struggles and victories, it’s your story to tell!

Lovely photos Annie, so happy that you enjoyed that 5K walk with your son, the weather back home isn't as cold as where you are but it's still raining with another named storm forecast for later this week with severe gales and rain especially for the south of England.

🍏Thanks so much AlMorr. The UK rain has been unrelenting ☔️ I admire all who have managed to keep running regardless 🤩 & deal with wet kit!!

Where I am in Central Scotland today Monday has been quite nice with no rain, this morning I went a 7K walk in pleasant sunshine with a temperature of 8C, Tuesday is to be much the same but from Wednesday the rain is to return,.

Absolutely stunning - last summer we had a road trip through SW USA including Yosemite which I completely fell in love with. We stayed a few nights near Mariposa and the giant sequoias - as you say you can’t capture the height on camera but this was my attempt at scale!

I had intended to do some running whilst there but it was just too hot 🥵 -but we did some fabulous trail walking and swimming in the river to cool down at the end of the day.
