…sometimes life and health gets in the way but if you fancy getting back out there and giving it another shot then I say go for it! I have graduated twice with C25K over last few years and this will be my third time. At least I hope so.
I am currently on week three. Week 1 run 1 was supposed to be a brisk walk only but using the c25k app to keep myself motivated. I love the program and this community! So I came to the end of the warm up walk and despite a lot of self doubt, I found myself thinking ‘why not just try the run’ and if it doesn’t work out don’t beat yourself up stick to a speed walking plan instead.
Anyway here I am after three weeks of running and just so glad I have continued to ‘just try the run’ 🙂
