First walk in a long time

I forget how much I like it.

I also spent the walk talking to an old friend. We had a laugh.

An evening walk.

Norway is dark and cold these days but not yet snowy and icy.

🍏👏 welcome and well done for getting out and a lovely idea to walk with a friend! You are much more likely to keep it up. Here is our link for walkers but do stay with us if you intend running! You may like to download the Active 10 App on your phone which encourages you to walk 10 mins at a time or more 3x day.
