Personal diary only: "Stardate 47634.44 (:-)), Mar 27, 2020 BC: I stopped running because of health problems. These were banalities compared to the current situation (COVID-19). Today I tried to run again W1R1. Movement is important. Strengthening immunity is more important. I would like to move even if it was slow and half a walk. I will stay on W1R1 forever if necessary... better than nothing. (As long as it will be possible (before curfew)).

I am really grateful to the Czech government for the measures it has taken. One cannot rely on human decency. One ruthless person infects many considerate people. I ran with a veil to protect the others. There are no medical oral drapes (I don't know what a word is in English), so they are sewn throughout the Czech Republic by ordinary people. The place I used to go running before is now closed and it is a place to rescue hospital service because of COVID-19.

I wish you all good health, protect yourself, and God have mercy on this world.
