Just starting back on week one after pulling a hamstring at the beginning of July. I think this is the third time I've started again since graduating pre covid. This was my morning view. Makes my heart sing. It's good to be a live

Thank you. I'm really enjoying it. As I need to take it really slowly, I'm loving looking around at the view 👍

I think every single one of us goes too fast at the start!! I was such a slow learner. I didn’t nail a comfortable pace until well after graduation!!! Enjoyment is such an important thing-hold on to that! It’s gold!

65 … a mere youngster! I am going to have to change my name to the Ancientmanofthe woods!! Good luck and build up the pace very slowly. Hamstring pull is a speedsters injury. 🙂

My running club mentor told me I was running too fast. Believe me I was quite slow. I was shocked when she got me to run at the pace she thought I should be going 🐌

I went for distance before pace post C25k….after I got to 10k I started intervals to start moving a bit faster. Even got to 28:17 for 5k….but now I keep it steady and run long. Fewer injuries…🤞🤞🤞I have never pulled a hamstring; do snails even have them? 🙂

🍏🙌I love it when a run is enjoyable & that’s the gift that slow running brings! Time to look around and enjoy your surroundings. Yours is lovely judging by that wonderful photo! So well done! 👏
