Whoo! Finally graduated C25k!! Just me and the pooches running tonight as the boys were at football but we did it!! Kept running over the 30 minutes to do the 5km, now just need to get quicker!!

I’m very impressed, I plan to do my graduation run tomorrow if I have stopped wheezing 😬, on course for an almost 3k. Considering I thought I might die on w1r1 though, I’ll be happy with that. Happy running to you Vickie
