🍏✈️🇨🇦We arrived last night & so very jet lagged. No run today as feet still swollen and change of Altitude to deal with, but a nice brisk walk to counteract all that. Hopefully a first gentle run tomorrow! Being with family is the best. Looking forward to reading all your posts again. Missed this lovely lively forum!
