Another milestone reached having completed W6 R3 with 25 minutes continuous running. Amazing thinking back 6 weeks to when I was struggling with 3 minute intervals!I knew I had to control my pace as otherwise I would have been out of puff, disheartened and stopped.
By taking it steady at halfway I knew I still had enough in me to get to the end as long as I didn't start speeding up - although that damn canal bridge at the end really hurts. It always did. Never got easier ๐

Congratulations to you Alan996 on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate, if you wish report back here on your remaining 9 runs ๐ โ๏ธ
Absolutely brilliant! Well done! It's staggering, isn't it? To go from a minute of running to 25 minutes in such a short stretch of time. I've only converted a couple of people so far, but no one can believe the seemingly impossible jump from that standing start!
