Can I find the music titles for W5R3?

Hi, I finished C25K a few weeks ago and have been repeating the final run since then. I'm not particularly fond of several music tracks on that run so I want to change them. The question is, how can I find the titles on a specific run? I can find a list of ALL the tracks but it doesn't say which runs they cover. I could, obviously, sit here and listen to each of them, but I'd just like to find out what's on W5R3. Thanks.

Hi GrumpyOldJogger , assuming you mean the NHS C25K podcast tracks, afaik there isn't a list of tracks by run.

I'm also assuming that you have no choice but to use the podcasts, otherwise you could of course use your own playlist alongside the app.

Otherwise, if you're happy with W5R3 and want to use it as a 30 minute run, I'd simply run through all of it, just add on your warm-up beforehand and cooldown afterwards.

Thanks, Cmoi. Yes I was thinking about doing that to extend the 20 min run. I don't know what alternative there is to using the podcast, and I'm a slight techno-goof so whatever I do will have to be simple 😂

Are you in the UK GrumpyOldJogger ? If so, I'd suggest you use the app, and play your own music alongside. The app's in the Google Play store here play.google.com/store/apps/... and on Apple at apps.apple.com/gb/app/one-y...

If you're outside the UK, then you won't be able to get the app, only the podcasts.

OK, thanks for clarifying. I'm in the UK and am using the original NHS app, but my phone is android and the link you posted is for iphone. I've loaned my phone to my partner (because his was stolen the other day 🤬) so I'll see if I can find the app for android when I get it back.

Thank you so much for your help. It's much appreciated.

Umm the first link in my post - play.google.com/store/apps/... - should be for Android? Though I'm outside the UK so can't double-check!

And if the version of NHS C25K you're using includes "music" that can't be changed, then I strongly suspect it's the podcasts, not the app. They're different beasts!

Oh yes... told you I was a goof, didn't I? Didn't spot there were two links there. And it could well be the podcast, now I come to think of it. When I get my phone back - later today, hopefully - I'll follow that link. Thanks again.
