starting over…

Completed the C25k whilst taking part in a 500 mile challenge last year, anticipating that I would run more miles than walk. I managed almost 200 running miles with the rest walking.

This year I have embarked on a distance equivalent to Route 66, running and cycling. So, here I am again, and I’m very exciting to break through each of these ‘barriers’ the same as I did the first time around.

Very exciting times ahead!
