I had completed C25k (Just) Dec 2019 but had since had C19 (the original and best π Jan 2020) and long covid . Subacute thyroiditis last year (nearest way to explain is a virus-induced exploded thyroid with hormonal overload then underproduction)
NOW Iβve re-started c25k and am Loving it!!!
I canβt express how great it is (at 68) to be running again and feeling that post-run buzz
I have so much gratitude to be able to be back here at last π

Goodness that's a nasty sounding episode you had! Welcome and good luck, from another re-starter (I've restarted more times than I can remember, and here we go again!) You'll find there are quite a few of us who are going again after injury, illness, or just life stopping us before. Good luck to us all πββοΈππ
