back running - 😊- albeit very slowly

I had completed C25k (Just) Dec 2019 but had since had C19 (the original and best πŸ˜– Jan 2020) and long covid . Subacute thyroiditis last year (nearest way to explain is a virus-induced exploded thyroid with hormonal overload then underproduction)

NOW I’ve re-started c25k and am Loving it!!!

I can’t express how great it is (at 68) to be running again and feeling that post-run buzz

I have so much gratitude to be able to be back here at last 😊

You’ve already discovered the key thing-keep it steady and you’ll have a great time!

Really looking forward to your updates! Good luck!

Goodness that's a nasty sounding episode you had! Welcome and good luck, from another re-starter (I've restarted more times than I can remember, and here we go again!) You'll find there are quite a few of us who are going again after injury, illness, or just life stopping us before. Good luck to us all πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ€

I can’t believe how good I feel after a bit of trotting πŸ˜‚. Good luck to you too 😊
