Completed Week 5 on Friday last week and after a bit of a wall at 8 minutes not only managed to complete the 20 but like the fool that I am, ran on for another 2!
Anyway, Week 6 run 1 on Sunday and boy was it hard. Don't really know why but still managed to complete it but legs were like runny jelly afterwards, so decided to take an extra rest day and run 2 will be tomorrow. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Well done on your 20 minute run & for getting through 6:1 .. many of us found that one more difficult! Good to listen to your body with rest days.. don’t forget to hydrate on those rest days too! 😊6:2 here you come!
