Hi. I started C25K a few weeks ago. I’ve just completed w6r2 I’ve never been a runner but surprisingly I’m enjoying it. I gave Brooks running shoes. I bought them after getting a knee injury at week 3 and had to take 9 weeks off!!! The power of the running shoes has made a huge difference. I’m using my walking socks Berghaus at the moment but I’m aiming to buy running socks soon. Curious .. when people complete c25k do you tend to do your own thing or keep repeating the w9r3?

Wow you are doing well, when you finish the advice is to consolidate for a few weeks before you increase speed or distance. Then the world of running can go wherever you want it, some of us run for miles or hours others run faster and shorter, some mix it up and it never gets boring.
