Arrrgghhhh! I’m new to running and absolutely terrified although I’ve been doing HIIT workouts since March last year.

It’s the fear of running in public that gets to me 🏃🏼‍♀️😬 I’m off out now for my first c25k run....wish me luck!

No worries, most people won't look look at you. And even if someone would 'see' you, so what? Do you really care about that person's opinion? You are out there and doing more than the couch potatoes, that is what matters! Go!

Thanks! Well I did it and feel absolutely amazing! Wasn’t too bad at all actually. The fresh air was wonderful 🙌🏻🙌🏻
