Week 3 newbies…👋

well week 3 run 1 in the bag and i must say the run flew past compared to the last two weeks. I really liked the mix of doing the different timings rather than repeating the same pattern.

The 3 mins was tough but the 90 seconds seemed easy…tell me that means i am improving?!! 😅

Well done on completing run 1 of week 3 Mamablue2, of course you are improving, not only that but you seem to be enjoying your running as well, keep the runs slow and steady, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3 ✅

That’s fantastic! Finding it easier is definitely a sign of getting fitter and stronger. That’s absolutely worthy of celebrating!

yea!!! We are at exactly the same stage, I did my w3 R1 today. The variation was good, I felt dread at the start of 3 minutes but there was something do-able about it. Great stuff and well done to us both! Every time I leave the house ready to run, I feel like that in itself is a minor miracle, so there is lots to celebrate!
