After a busy weekend the alarm on Monday morning was not welcome, however Monday is a run day.

I live at the bottom of a hill with a gate at the top, it is a regular quick walk up to the gate and back at lunchtime. This morning it became a repeat route:-

1) Run up the hill, touch the gate, run down

2) Run/walk up the hill, touch the gate, run down

3) Walk up the hill touch the gate, run down

I did not feel like going far from home this morning but still managed to cover just shy of 5km and felt very pleased that I had dragged my sorry bones out the door.
