A rainbow captured at sunset by my hubby on Wednesday! Two reasonable nights 💤 & it’s Friday! Run day! Setting off after a warm up and the famous 5 stretches, I head off. Choosing a new route & a new playlist I am fired up with new determination …. then it’s 30 mins of gentle running.. … soothing to the body, easy on the lungs and good for all those joints and muscles… time to ease into a brisk 5 min walk home with Michael Buble …oh what a feeling to be loved… Oh yes, run ✅

I only managed 4 hours last night so I was a very tired Maz this early dawn but I’ve just woken up from a wee one a half hours nap on couch.
