Well we are up to part 5 and it only seems yesterday that I was turned inside out by a nasy Bug and dropped 14 pound. This morning I went out for a run determined to do a 5k. Mainly after being ill 5k has been my goal other than that it would help my mental wellbeing. I Know that at 76 I have to get back in the saddle so off I went. The result was a sub 40, would have liked a sub 35 but I should be grateful, the weight training has helped a lot. So eating well and stacking in the protein, weight training and gentle runs has put a 76 year old back in the 5k frame in a few weeks. I hope the Running gods smile on my efforts for the rest of the year and we might get up to Part 99.

Thankyou, well we are just Keeping Going. My Garmin tells me I now have a fitness age of 61 well as least thats 15 years off.
