I’ve been doing the couch to 5k, but had got a bit stuck on the 3 minute runs in week 3 so had been repeating them and wasn’t too confident about managing any longer runs, but this morning I did the first week four runs and surprised myself by doing all the running. It felt easier getting into a rhythm. Happy to have done it. And thank you to everyone that has posted before it helps to read all your stories too, to see that runners come in all ages and stages.

Finding that happy pace is just wonderful... that lovely, relaxed rhythm where the legs know what to do, and you just let them
On you go, slow and steady and do, please post your runs... other folk will love reading them too! z
Great progress, 😃 I remember finding week 4 challenging, sounds like your extra week 3 runs prepared you well
Well done to you DT52 on completing weeks 1 to 3 of C25K, any runner can repeat any runs or week's if they want to as you did on repeating the runs of week 3✅, so happy to know that you ran run 1 of week 4 without having to stop during the running parts. 👍
we’ll done! It sounds like you got this!
