I’ve just completed week 3 runs. Now I am off on holiday for 10days. So do I carry on and start week 4 or repeat week 3 ?

Enjoy your holiday...and if you are not able to run there, which many of us do then when you come back, just head out, maybe, on the last run of Week 3 and see how it all feels... It usually takes two weeks or over, before we lose the fitness

As Oldfloss has said, runners don’t usually lose significant fitness in the first two weeks.
But taking it a bit easier first run back seems like a good idea.
Let us know how it goes! And if you do a holiday run, we’d love to read a post! 😄😄
