I’ve just completed week 3 runs. Now I am off on holiday for 10days. So do I carry on and start week 4 or repeat week 3 ?

Enjoy your holiday...and if you are not able to run there, which many of us do:) then when you come back, just head out, maybe, on the last run of Week 3 and see how it all feels... It usually takes two weeks or over, before we lose the fitness :)

As Oldfloss has said, runners don’t usually lose significant fitness in the first two weeks.

But taking it a bit easier first run back seems like a good idea.

Let us know how it goes! And if you do a holiday run, we’d love to read a post! 😄😄
