I ran a different route today and it was definitely more hilly than I’ve being doing before so felt a bit tough tbh. I started to feel sick half way in but slowed down (to a snails pace) a bit which helped and at least managed not to stop and completed the 28 mins. Taking deep breaths really helped or at least thinking more about my breathing when I felt sick helped me. Onwards and upwards! 🏃♀️😃

I often struggled with hill's and found doing exactly as you described helped .Being very conscious of my pace and breathing .
As an Opera singer I don't doubt you have that breathing under control !
