Run the park run with my friend Emma it was a lovely day! Neither of us are very fast but we get round it !

Thank you Emma has done over 150 park runs and both her Mum & her Aunty run Marathons! Even Emma has done virtual London marathons! So a good person to run with! We both run our own runs but if we pass one another we pass on encouragement to one another!
