Motivated : Just moved to week 2, run... - Couch to 5K
Motivated

Iβve done this before and I can definitely confirm it is doable - itβs almost like magic. I hadnβt ran since school the first time I did it - now Iβm back at week 1 after a significant ACL injury, and am keeping the faith. I have Steve Cram too this time, he wasnβt an option previously for me, but I think heβs really encouraging. Best of luck, you definitely can do this π

Welcome and a great start to the programme!
Have you read the programme guide?
healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
It's packed with really helpful information to guide you through the programme.
Also, don't worry about 5k,
Despite the name this programme is about getting you running for 30 minutes non stop !
Very few will reach 5k in that time .
Have a look at this .

So just relax and enjoy the journey!

For me itβs going by so quickly - youβll be at week 9 before you know it! πββοΈππ»ππ»ππ»ββοΈππ»πββοΈ

Together is the name of the game - we all have the same goal.
Brilliant I am still on w1 as only did one run... Determined to do more this week so fantastic on completing w2

Please listen to Steve Cram and read the info posted by Instructor57 above. As a person new to running, itβs vitally important to take your rest days to help your body repair. Running too hard, too fast, too often can lead to time wasted on the Injury Couch.
Enjoy your running and please be careful ππ½
