Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing it, you've nearly finished 3 weeks. I ran really slowly at the start and am not really that much quicker now. What does it matter, I'm not on the couch and neither are you. I think you are doing great, keep it up. It will get better.
Pricey, you will be fine...everyone struggles at first!
On the weight front, read Andystev's blog above. If you are not actually eating more then it's muscle.
On the wobbling and wheezing bit, pace is all. You say you are going slow, you can go slower. If it's too much right now, repeat a week till you are happier.
Here's to positive thinking, we are all behind you!! (well ok, not on your heels, but you know what I mean!!)

Have you tried measuring yourself?? I have dropped at least half a dress size but my weight has stayed the same !! I am on wk 3 too.

thanks for the support guys. yes I did measure myself but no chane there either. I'm also following ww and have given up smoking five weeks ago so I do feel a bit down on myself (think it's the withdrawals) so with two stone of blub and no lung capacity I'm lucky I even made three mins really. I will keep going and sorry to winge guys, I can't wait until I actually have an ok run, when I do I will be sure to pat myself on the back
