Week 9, 30 mins, it seemed very unlikely back in February when I started (don't do the maths, I did a few repeats) but here it is, 2 x 30 mins in the bag and one left to do.

On Monday the first 30 mins run was really tough, 2 mins can't make that much difference but it was huge in my head. I also had low blood sugars in the morning and even though I had a cereal bar snack before I set off it had not kicked in.

This morning on the other hand, the weather is perfect, I was well rested, well fueled and hydrated and off I went. I chose my route carefully - as level as it gets round my way and I loved every minute, I felt smooth and paced and strong. One more to go.

It is amazing to look back and realise how far you’ve come. Just enjoy that last run! All those other runs have put you on that start line and you’re going to finish feeling so proud of yourself. Good luck! 🏃‍♀️❤️💪
