Hi everyone is WK2 that much harder than WK1?

No it's not .

In week 1 you had 8 runs .

In week 2 you only have 6 !

2 less 😉

Yes, a little but that's the way I got through the earlier runs by telling myself there were fewer runs It's amazing how these little mind tricks work 🙂👍

I agreed with myself that I would move ahead as long as I completed the run before. Keep going til I can't, sort of thing. You'd be surprised by what you can do. Take it nice and slow, slow down more if you can, the programme is good at preparing you for the next one.

I must say I totally misread your post title "Repeat Wk1 ON crack....." gave me a giggle :D

My best advice is trust the program and never approach a run thinking “well, I’ll never manage this one”! It’s a program to train your legs, heart and lungs but never ever dismiss the power of thought. If you think you’ll struggle I found you will! Good luck, you can do it.
