So, inspired by SteveB2812 I started again today… very cold rain and a miserable day but enough of all the excuses… started again with Jo.
It actually felt okay too although I was very cold during warm up… the fact that I had once got to week six helped although I am older (but probably not wiser). I love the way Jo calls us Runners rather than very slow joggers! Thank you for all the support and for SteveB2812 for getting me out there.

Feeling fine! It’s a lovely sunny day here today so was tempted to do Run 2 today but apparently that is a no no so I shall wait until Wednesday! I got cold yesterday as was really rainy. Hope sun shine tomorrow! You okay?
Same as you. Sun is out today and really want to go but am going to take a day off and then hopefully get a dry run instead of getting wet haha. Feeling good today after that yesterday
hi Steve, did you manage to get out today? I was so not in the mood - grumpy and stressy about work but I forced myself and did it. Miserable cold day but not raining. Feeling pleasantly chuffed that I did it but I am sure I saw faster snails out there? Hope you did it too.
I did get out but struggled at the end. So ended up walking the last bit where I should have ran, well jogged lol. So slow but at least I kicked my own butt and got out there. How about you? You out again tomorrow? X
