Well, I did it, I took all the good advice, I went all the way back to week one, run one.....Laura chimes in half way through the warm up walk.."Well done, you're half way through"

My brain says 'Dag nab it Laura, I'm ready to go!'......but I kept on walking...

I ran every time she told me to, I walked when she told me to....I remembered how awful it had all felt the first time around....a fair few years ago now.....and I kept going....it was not so bad, my body remembers how to run😁 my lungs and legs, are going to need all the time.

So, all in all, a good decision, I shall enjoy the journey back to 5k fitness rather more than the first time around I think!

Thanks for all of the good advice.......its amazing how much our bodies can still remember, even after months of illness and couch surfing 😁
