That’s a new one on me! Sounds like a dream of a run though… see what I did there!

Are you sure you weren't sleep walking 😁🤔?

Finished week 4 in style, well done 😁

I hope that if I'd been sleep walking & dreaming that the shuffle gods would have arranged better a better music order, they weren't at their best yesterday!

I should add that I don't actually use jammies for sleeping, more for evening sofa wear, so they didn't get into my bed all sweaty :D

Nothing wrong with running in pyjamas, made me think of Wee Willie Winkie 😀 good to get week 4 done, I found week 4 the hardest both times I've followed C25k

Wee Willie Winkie never made sense to me, all that banging and shouting was bound to wake up any children that were in bed :D

How are you after your fall?

Apparently he scared the living daylights out of my daughter, she's still not quite forgiven me for chasing her up the stairs spouting that when she was little and she's nearly 49, Yesterday was an awful day and some of that was probably because I ached and was sore, today, still ache and am sore but I'm going to dress and go out for a short run soon because I know that'll help, I was really lucky though, it could have been a lot worse, and my glasses only nearly fell off so I can still see 😀

well it was late, I realised I hadn't had time for the run, I was on the sofa in my jammies and thought, let's get it done.!

That's EXACTLY the attitude that'll see you through with this brilliant programme. You'll be out running in the rain (and loving it) before you know it👍.

I love running in the rain! Once the pollen count drops I'll be back out there, atm I can only safely run (without carrying an inhaler) indoors as I get asthma from my allergies during Spring

I do all sorts of things in my PJ's, especially cleaning, painting and a quick bit of DIY 😂

they are comfy aren't they! I don't actually use mine for sleeping, they're more "between shower and bed wear" :D
