The morning after w2 r1 I was woken up by phantom pain in non existent foot, so when I ran w2r2 yesterday I was very wary of causing more problems so I managed pace a little better and no phantom pain to wake me π.Still winning at life.

Phantom pain
Well done Pete !That phantom pain must be a really weird thing to experience π
Is that something that goes away in time or can it continue ?
I'm so impressed with your determination π
I don't think it goes away totally, but it has been reducing slightly over time with careful pain management.
The only time I get phantom twinges.. like electric shocks in my stump.. is when I have some sort of infection, so very rarely. I think it varies among amputees depending on surgery site (and possibly the skill of the surgeon?). I can still wiggle my toes even though they are not there..π
Just sending masses of good wishes on your c25k journey. Keep on winning! Iβm really enjoying reading about your victories πͺπββοΈβ€οΈ
