About to do W4R3 tomorrow and I have a dull ache in my left glute muscle. I religiously do my stretches including the ‘dead pidgeon’ its not too bad but at 63 I don’t want to do damage. I had an X-ray a couple of years ago as I had hip pain then but was told there was no evidence of arthritis but the conclusion was the tendons at the front of my pelvis were tight.
I am so loving doing this I do want to keep going!!

It's because I an really old and after four years here..I take in all the great tips from some of our most awesome runners.. that and the fact that I have had a few injuries🤣
Just done these for the first time tonight, don't really have any issues but trying to up my strength work as I'm still not running due to pesky colds!
Oh no, hope Mr OF gets better soon and you can get some sleep! This has been a strange one, no coughing but congestion and nausea... can't wait to get out again, need my sanity back!! x
Agree with the advice to do bridges. I also had glute pain late on in the programme but it's all stopped now. It might also be worth looking at the advice on posture as that helped enormously.
