Iβm not sure whether youβve already seen the guide to the programme. Well worth a read. Β Most of us go too fast and slowing down is the key to c25k! Recovery days between runs are absolutely essential too as well as very enjoyable.

Well done for completing week 1.Impressed with the hop skip and jump. My inner child comes out when running on really wet days and I have to run straight through the shallower puddles with a good splishy splash, giggling out loud and hoping no one sees me! π¦ π³
