feeling proud that I’ve completed my first c25k run. I usually find so many excuses to not do any exercise, but today I overcame myself and looking forward to my next run.😀

It's packed with helpful information to guide you through the programme.

Keep all your runs slow , stay well hydrated and do the after run stretches.

And of course always at least 1 day between runs.

Huge well done Lindypink! Welcome to C25K and to the forum! As Instructor57 says, stay hydrated, do your stretches but most of all, enjoy yourself and don’t rush it! If you need extra days between runs, especially when you get to the longer ones, then take them - there’s no rule that says you have to complete the programme in the 9 weeks !

Well done you!! You'll be so glad you've done it when you crack it in 9 weeks time. Just keep going, even though it might be tough some days. The first day is always the worst!!
